1. What is faith?

Heb 11:1, Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

Did you ever know that faith is tangible? Yes the bible describes it as a substance as well as an evidence. Faith is not hoping for, or
trying to get something. Faith is that which proves what you want to see accomplished.
You know, it's very easy to see through the physical body of a man. I simply need a different kind of eyes to see through. In that case i go for the right kind of light which is the x-ray light which has that special ability of seeing through the human body and so long as i use the x-rays i can see clearly through the body but if i cease to use to the x-ray, then i cease to see through the body.

It's only through the eyes of faith that you can be a partaker of all the good things and every blessing that God has already given us abundantly through his word.

2.Why faith is fundamental.

Heb 11:6, But without faith it is impossible to please God for he that comes to God must believe that he exists and is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

Without faith there is nothing that you can do please God, therefore the importance of this can never ever be underestimated.
Everything done out of faith is SIN and our whole duty as christians is to please and glorify our heavenly father.

Prayer is good, to love is ecellent, to prophesy is great, to win souls is wise but remember, any of this done out of FAITH stinks before God.


NEVER THINK YOU HAVE NO FAITH CUZ GOD HAS GIVEN TO HIS CHILDREN A MEASURE OF FAITH THOUGH THAT LITTLE FAITH IS NOT ENOUGH FOR EVERYTHING. EXERCISE YOUR FAITH TODAY FOR IT GROW THAT THE FATHER MAY BE PLEASED WITH YOU.
Always remember that faith is ALWAYS rewarded. That is true faith always produces result.

Faith simply put is the response of the Human Spirit to the word of God.

Using God’s word

My example

I fell heavily on my left arm and it had become swollen and so painfull the Doctor looked at it and said, "Alex you have a fracture or at least a dislocation, you will have to go for an X-Ray" Immediately I said to my Mother who was standing by me"In the name of Jesus, The Doctor's report is never the final report, God's Report is" I went for the X-Ray and my bone was intact, see I put my self under the WORD-Ray, thats the only true light that sees what even X-Rays can't see, Learn to put your self constantly under the WORD-Ray you know Laser-Rays are used to heal certain ailments, well Try the WORD-Ray its the best, there is none like it and it's free, OK.

You see according to our physical senses the was damage, according to the Doctor’s report on the issue there was damage, however we do not look at physical things and make physical things conform to them, rather we look at the spiritual things and make the physical things conform to them and how do we do that, with the word.

Wherever you are right now lift up your hands and shout Haleluyah, you would shout for joy and gladness all your life, Amen, you are blessed.

The physical evidence may be so much different from what the word of God says and that is why Isaiah cries out.

Isaiah 53:1 Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the LORD revealed?

But however maintain your confession and be strong in faith like Abraham was

Romans 4:20 He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God.

So stagger not and give glory to God. Say to yourself "I stagger not."

Don’t mind the seen things of this physical world but keep your mind on the unseen as in the word of God. So Paul says.

2Corinthians 4:18 While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen [are] temporal; but the things which are not seen [are] eternal.

Now you understand what Paul means when He says:

Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

Always ask your self what does Jesus say?

Your pocket says it is empty but what does the word say?
He says “The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want”

Your body might say it is sick but what does Jesus say?

He says “By His stripes ye were healed”

Know this.

You are not the poor trying to be rich.

You are the rich enjoying his wealth.

You are not the sick trying to be healed.

You are the healed enjoying his health.

You might feel a headache, do not say I have a headache because if you do you claim ownership of it and it is yours, rather you say. I feel a headache but I have my healing amen and the headache will drop off just like that.

Faith is maintaining your confession in the face of staggering opposition.

My testimony.

My sis immediately after me has been schooling in the US and is due to graduate from Uni next year. Along the line there was an emergency and so my dad could not pay her school fees on time and it was soooo bad. There was no money going to come from anywhere as far as the physical was concerned. Some few weeks after re-opening she called that she was been threatened to be thrown out. i said 'this cannot be' and i prayed believing that God will do it. But the negative news became more serious and frequent. I didn't believe going back to tell God the same problem over and over agian so i kept to my confessions that the lord has taken care of the fees. i confessed his word concerning his provision for his children.

Barely some weeks later she called and said,'i have received a scholarship from my school to study French in Paris, i was surprised. i knew that the God who gave her the scholarship though she was stilling owing would in no time provide her school fees.

To the glory of God, her school fees has been taking care of by God.

Faith always produces results, when you maintain your confession.
Never stagger at his word, hold on and see every situation in the light of his word cuz its only the word of God that reveals the true nature of everthing on this earth.

The word of God is true light.

Maitian your confession in consent with the word of God!!!

My body was sore, weak and felt sick. i confessed the word of God that i am the healed, living in divine health but nothing seemed to change, rather it seemed things were getting out of hand but praise God i knew better, because i know who i am.
To the glory of God, i am healed! Halleluyah, all pain is gone, weakness gone. i am fine,healthy and excellent. Indeed the word of God which is a seed when planted always produces results. Glory be to God!
